We have high inflation and sky rocketing fuel price hike that has made an employee not to stay with a commitment in an organization as the earning is less than the spending. Strategy Development and institutional capacity development program
We develop three to five years plan for our partner organizations as a part of our institutional capacity building program. We deliver training's in entrepreneurship, project management, financial management of projects, project communications, grants writing.
We have a program to upgrade the english language of a workforce. English is official language in Pakistan needs to be well spoken and written with fluency and analytical way. We extend a smart course to our partner organizations and this is a great learning experience for mid-level career engaged professionals, beginners from corporate sector, government, development sector and embassies and diplomatic missions.
